Digitally plannable transport solution for outpatient rehabilitation patients

We are seeking an innovative, digitally planned transport solution for outpatient rehabilitation patients that enables reliable, comfortable, and economically viable transportation between their homes and rehabilitation facilities. The aim is to close existing gaps in public transport and current transportation services, and to support individuals, particularly those with limited mobility.

The solution should enable efficient planning and bundling of journeys (e.g., through pooling), be easily integrated into existing processes, and ideally be controlled via a digital platform (app/web). In addition to operational implementation, a viable financing and billing model also plays a key role.

The first step involves a pilot project with a limited number of people, with the aim of subsequently scaling the solution to other locations and use cases.
