The challenge aims to automate key logistical processes such as palletizing, filling, and the transport of heavy containers at AlsterFood's new production site. The use of flexible robotics, AI-supported image processing, and autonomous mobile systems is intended to increase efficiency, occupational safety, and process quality in community catering.

AlsterFood wants to test alternative cleaning methods in a new production kitchen, in particular ozonated water for dishes, containers and surfaces. The aim is to reduce chemicals and ensure high hygiene standards.

AlsterFood is seeking innovative technologies for the cold preparation of sauces and other foods. The goal is to achieve texture and shelf life without heating, reduce energy and time consumption, and avoid artificial additives as much as possible.

LPL is looking for an AI-powered solution that automatically analyzes incoming international tender documents, extracts relevant transport and project data, creates packing lists, and accelerates initial price indications for offers based on historical projects.

A solution is sought for the efficient creation of route reports for tenders in the logistics sector, in order to structure tender processes, make them more comparable and reduce manual effort.

The aim is to find sustainable material substitutions, resource-efficient film and bag solutions, and digital assistance systems to make waste disposal more circular, less material-intensive, and process-optimized.

The aim is to develop more sustainable material and protection concepts for disposable gloves that reduce fossil raw materials, waste volumes and removal rejects without significantly impairing functionality, ergonomics or economic requirements.
